What issues does fwdAP solve?
fwdAP eliminates manual data entry for invoices, which can be time-consuming and error-prone. Our automation ensures accuracy and efficiency.
Why does the Advanced plan require onboarding?
When fwdAP processes receipts, it creates an expense within Quickbooks Online, which means a method of payment must be selected. To ensure that fwdAP will be able to accurately select the method of payment, we hop on a brief call to review your COA and customize fwdAP for your specific business before you start sending receipts in.
How can I upgrade my services?

How am I billed for our services?
Currently, we offer two plans with plans to expand functionality as users make requests. We use Lemon Squeezy as our merchant of record to eliminate our need to mess around with sales tax reporting as we are currently a team of one (using the Royal "We"). That being said, any issues with billing must be addressed with Lemon Squeezy which maintains the billing portal on the dashboard.
